I’m Ron Masciantonio, an attorney and business advisor with extensive experience representing businesses and creative ventures in high-stakes commercial and entertainment transactions. I previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Five Below, Inc., where I led the company’s legal function and advised senior leadership and the board on corporate governance, commercial strategy, and business development.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with businesses large and small, negotiating and structuring complex agreements across industries. My experience includes licensing deals with celebrities and all four major U.S. professional sports leagues, negotiating recording and talent agreements, and advising on the commercialization of creative assets. I’ve also handled music registration and related industry processes, giving me practical insight into how creative works are managed and monetized in real-world settings.

Today, I represent small businesses, founders, and creatives nationwide, providing business and entertainment law services as well as ongoing outside general counsel support. Clients rely on me for entertainment and brand licensing agreements, recording and talent agreements, contract negotiation, entity formation and governance, and strategic legal guidance that functions as an extension of their internal team. My practice is fully virtual, allowing me to deliver responsive, executive-level counsel tailored to growing businesses and creative enterprises.

I am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and am admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
